Food Assistance & Grace Kits
A little help. A lot of grace.
Food insecurity can affect anyone, and sometimes a little help can make a meaningful difference. Hands of Grace provides food assistance to individuals and families in need and prepares Grace Kits with food, hygiene essentials, and other practical items for those experiencing homelessness or difficult circumstances.  Every bag and every kit is prepared with care and prayer, offering practical help while sharing a simple message: you are seen, you are cared for, and you are loved

Homeless Outreach
Meeting people where they are.
For those experiencing homelessness, even the most basic necessities can make a meaningful difference. Hands of Grace reaches out with food, hygiene essentials, Grace Kits, and other practical items to help meet immediate needs.
But our outreach is about more than what we give. We want each person we meet to know they are seen, valued, and loved. When welcomed, we also offer conversation and prayer, sharing the hope and compassion of Christ through genuine human connection.

Prayer & Faith

Prayer is at the heart of Hands of Grace. We believe in meeting people not only in their physical needs, but also with encouragement compassion, and prayer.

Through prayer, Bible study, and faith-centered outreach, we hope to remind people that they are seen, loved, and never alone.

Grace Kits & Outreach
Meeting practical needs with dignity and love.
Our Grace Kits are created to offer comfort and practical support to individuals and families facing difficult circumstances. Each kit includes useful food and hygiene items, thoughtfully put together and given with care.

But a Grace Kit is about more than what’s inside the bag. It’s a simple way to let someone know they are seen, valued, and cared for.

Food & Holiday Outreach
Sharing nourishment, hope, and a little extra grace.
As Hands of Grace grows, we hope to organize food drives that bring our community together to help individuals and families facing difficult seasons.
We also hope to provide Thanksgiving and Christmas meals to families who could use a little extra support during the holidays—helping make sure their tables are filled with food, warmth, and the reminder that their community cares.
